Returns

RETURNS:

All returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery date. If the item is left how you purchased it (unworn, unwashed, & tags attached) we will issue a full refund within 3-5 business days. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. 

**All sales are final on: Made-to-order garments, Sale items, Accessories, Swimwear, & Gift-cards** (Please do not mail us these items. We are not responsible to ship them back to you as they are final sales -- you will be responsible to pay for return shipping)

Please email us proof of purchase to approve your return request. 

Any item(s) that we're not left in its original condition (damaged or missing parts) after they left our facilities are non-refundable. 

You must let us know via email that you are returning the garment and the reason for the return before sending it back

REFUNDS:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund has been approved or rejected.

Upon approval, you will receive a full refund between 3-5 business days.

No refunds are accepted on made-to-order garments

SALE ITEMS:

All sale items are final. Please do not send these back to our office as we will not be responsible to ship them back to you. You will be responsible for the shipment cost.
