If you received a shipment message but have not received your package within 7 days of that email, your package may be lost.

Unfortunately, there is not much that we can do once the product is out of our hands and in the hands of UPS or USPS, but you can file a claim for UPS here, and a claim for USPS here.


We now offer route insurance on orders. If you purchased route insurance at check out, and believe your order is lost, please file a claim with route!
