When should I expect my item to ship?
All orders take 3-5 business days to ship unless otherwise specified as "pre-order" or "made-to-order", then shipping will vary (usually 3-4 weeks). You will get an automatic email when your product ships. We appreciate your business & patience.
For made to order garments, please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your garment! We produce everything once an order comes in to reduce our waste, which is SO important to us. The postal service is also still overwhelmed & a lot of delays are out of our control, so if you have any concerns please reach out to us as soon as possible. Thank you for understanding!
Where is AVA based?
We are based out of Philadelphia!
Do you ship internationally?
As of late, we are now shipping internationally!
What makes AVA sustainable?
We pride our selves on being as sustainable as possible at this point in our journey. All of our packaging is made from eco-friendly materials or from post consumer materials including but not limited to our boxes, poly mailers, tape, shipping labels, stickers, etc!
If there is ever anything used that isn't "sustainably made" it is because we are repurposing it from another package. We up-cycle as much as we can here!
As far at the products, all of our products are either purchased in small quantities, made with friendly materials, or post consumer materials, made in the united states, made to order, female made, etc. We vet all of our products to make sure that they meet our criteria!
