Our Sesame Sunflower Seed Cycle Snack Ball Mix is designed to nourish the ovulatory and luteal phases of your cycle by providing essential nutrients and powerful lignans that work together to promote a healthy cycle.
Organic Sesame Seeds, Organic Sunflower Seeds, Organic Shredded Coconut, Organic Chia Seeds, Organic Hemp Seeds, Organic Ground Vanilla Bean.
HOW TO MAKE.
Combine with 1 cup of your favorite nut butter seed butter or coconut butter until a dough forms. Mix in a bit of plantmilk if needed and roll into balls. Chill until firm and store refrigerated for two weeks or frozen for up to two months. If you prefer a sweeter snack ball substitute up to 1/4 cup of your nut/seed/coconut butter with the natural sweetener of your choice. We like maple syrup date syrup or honey.
HOW TO EAT.
Consume one to two snack balls daily.
WHEN TO EAT.
Begin with day fifteen of your cycle, or count two weeks from the first day of your period. Continue with Sesame Sunflower for two weeks, throughout the ovulatory and luteal phases. If you don’t currently experience a period begin with the full moon.
